Gold Coins are the standard entertainment currency. They hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for prizes. They are used for gameplay only. Gold Coins may be purchased in the in-app store at published prices in USD.

Sweepstakes Coins are the promotional currency that can be redeemed for prizes. They can be obtained through free entry, as bonuses attached to Gold Coin purchases, or through specific promotions. Sweepstakes Coins obtained through any method carry the same prize redemption value. They cannot be purchased directly.

4. Prize Redemptions

To redeem Sweepstakes Coins for USD prizes, you must have a verified account with completed KYC identity verification. Redemption requests below the stated minimum threshold will not be processed. The current minimum threshold is published in the cashier section of your account.

Prize redemptions are paid in USD via the payment methods listed in the cashier. Processing times after approval vary by method: digital wallets within 24 hours, bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days, card payments within 3 to 5 business days, and cryptocurrency within 24 hours. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on factors outside our control, including third-party processing delays.

We reserve the right to conduct additional verification on large redemption requests. Redemptions found to involve fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms will be voided and the associated account terminated.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
